We were delighted to have Andrew Newberger work for us as an intern. During his time here, he completed an extensive analysis of the mortgage market and also Diamond’s business. Applying the marketing techniques he learned in school, he developed and executed a marketing plan that included recommendations to retain and increase our customer base, ways to improve our profitability, a strategy to improve our online social media and web presence, and offered suggestions to improve the working environment in the office. He made multiple Microsoft PowerPoint presentations to management and honed his other quantitative and analytical skills employing Microsoft Excel and Access. Overall, Andy made a sizable contribution to the company. He is a valuable sales and marketing professional.
